The Early Career Framework (ECF)

Teachers deserve high-quality support throughout their careers, particularly in those first years after Initial Teacher Training when the learning curve is steepest, which is why Invictus Education Trust works in alignment to Haybridge Teaching School Hub, who is partnered with Ambition Institute to deliver the Early Career Framework to schools across Sandwell and Dudley.

 

The ECF is a sequenced two-year programme based on the Early Career Framework with self-directed study materials for Early Career Teachers. There is full access to Ambition Institute’s online platforms (My Ambition and Steplab) for both Early Career Teachers and Mentors.

 

Our blend of synchronous, asynchronous, face-to-face, and digital learning provides a range of development opportunities for Early Career Teachers.
