Tracy Pearce is Chief Executive of a Multi Academy Trust based in Coleshill, Birmingham. She has both public and not for profit sector experience having previously led a large-scale mutual organisation for over 6 years which provided support services to schools and other education settings. She has worked in education since 2004 and prior to that, spent over 16 years in front line housing management. She brings commercial and education experience and a vision for growth and further development of Invictus Education Trust. In addition to her role as CEO, she is a Non-Executive on the Board of a small Community Interest Company as well as being a Non-Executive Advisory Member on the Board of a Training Provider. She is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute. She is married and has a daughter who attends a local primary school.'
