Alison Bagnall has over 25 years’ senior leadership and management experience working within education, recruitment, and training.

She has set up three successful businesses and is currently Managing Director of The Apprentice Academy which supports over 750 organisations to upskill their employees in Accountancy, Data Analytics, Business Improvement, Property Management, Project Management and Procurement & Supply Chain occupations.

The Apprentice Academy have an OFSTED GOOD rating and have amongst the highest Apprenticeship success rates in England. Alison has significant experience in connecting school and college leavers with their first employers and understands the importance of strong IAG and careers guidance.

She has an MBA and a BSc Hons in Business & Psychology and is an NLP practitioner. She has recently set up a therapeutic farm with her partner, which supports adults and children to improve their mental health through the therapeutic benefits of animals.
