Appointed September 01, 2022
Jena Ntumba has developed niche expertise in conceptualising, developing and executing the deployment and management of scalable, innovative education solutions and infrastructure. Over the past 15 years, Jena has built a strong reputation, across multiple markets, for creating effective systems, tools, and processes to manage the lifecycle of learning ecosystems.
Since 2004, Jena has worked with new market entrants and established institutions to reinvent educational solutions that deliver engaging and intuitive student/teacher experiences while driving revenue growth and achieving economies of scale. As a founding entrepreneur and CEO, she has worked closely in private education's strategic management and business development. Jena led, as CEO, Little Ashford Group, an owner-managed network of 16 early childhood education schools (including digital learning) that received extensive international press coverage. She brings a global perspective and experience in education to strengthen the vision of Invictus Education Trust further. She believes that an investment in education generates the best interest.
Additionally, she is an advisory board member of an innovative digital mentorship and training organisation, a member of the British Psychological Society, and MD2MD, an international community of business leaders. Jena holds a Master's in Business Management. She is completing her thesis for an additional Master's in Psychology as she advocates for the welfare of children. She is an avid speaker on the impact of education on young people, as "Education is the most powerful weapon we can use to change the world" - Nelson Mandela.
Jena enjoys reading non-fiction books, especially on education and psychology. In addition, she loves cycling with her four daughters and travels extensively with her husband, visiting historical cities worldwide.
