Clare is a Chief People Officer and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (FCIPD) with over 30 years’ Human Resources experience across multiple sectors, to include Private Equity, FMCG, Retail, Construction, Manufacturing, Logistics, Professional Services, Energy and Semiconductors where she gleaned global exposure supporting colleagues in Asia and the United States. Clare is also a member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council, a Level 7 Qualified Coach-Mentor, a workplace Mediator, a Stress Resilience Provider, a Mental Health First Aider and accredited with a range of psychometric tools.

Clare’s passions are connecting with all levels within the workplace, creating meaningful and engaging internal communications to enable connectivity, engagement, retention, and attraction of talent from which Clare likes to partner with a range of colleagues to create and develop high performing teams whilst giving something back to the communities in which she and her colleagues operate. An agile thinker, Clare loves learning and is experienced in managing, simplifying, and delivering complex matters. Clare is resilient, emotionally intelligent with a sense of fun.

In her spare time Clare loves to travel with her husband, discover new walks with her three dogs, interior design, personal training and caring for her three miniature Mediterranean donkeys.
