Karen Cocker

Mrs Cocker qualified as a Chartered Public Sector accountant in 1987 and has specialised in Local Government finance for the whole of her working career.

Immediately prior to joining Invictus Education Trust in 2017 she worked at Dudley Council for 31 years, specialising in Education Finance including leading and managing the Accountancy Traded Service to schools across the Dudley Borough. Mrs Cocker was also a Corporation Governor at Halesowen College for 4 years.

Mrs Cocker has a wealth of experience in the funding of schools and colleges, both locally and nationally, and hold an interest in the education sector generally.
