We are extremely proud to announce the incredible achievement of our very own Employee Relations Manager, Jodie Wallwork.
Jodie, a key member of the Invictus Central HR Team, has been a awarded ‘The Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management Prize’ for being the best performing student in the business faculty at the University of Wolverhampton!
The degree ceremony was held on Wednesday 20th July at the Grand Theatre in Wolverhampton where Jodie was presented with her award, she was chosen for the award by the Assessment Award Board.
Jodie is also very pleased with the recognition for her hard work:
I embarked on my Level 7 Post Graduate Diploma for HR management in January 2019 whilst working full time as a HR Consultant. Little did I know that throughout the duration of my course I would also be dealing with a global pandemic, home-schooling an 8 year old and taking care of a new-born baby! It certainly wasn’t the experience I envisioned but I am so proud to find that I not only passed my course, but have also been awarded with the Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management Prize for being the best performing post graduate student in business. I gained a wealth of knowledge from my course which has made me a better HR Professional and enables me to deliver effectively in my role as Employee Relations Manager at Invictus Education Trust.
We are all very proud of Jodie, and everyone at Invictus would like to pass on their congratulations
