    Antonia has been a barrister for 28 years, practising primarily in the criminal courts at all levels, though her varied legal career has also seen her appear in other settings—including the unique experience of representing a client before the Church of England Commissioners at Westminster Abbey.

    Her professional journey includes working for the Criminal Cases Review Commission, where she reviewed suspected miscarriages of justice. In addition, Antonia has served as a county councillor and cabinet member with responsibilities spanning adult services, sports, arts, culture, and elements of children's services, giving her extensive experience across the UK statutory sector.

    Antonia currently sits on the boards of My Body is My Body and Art Shape, chairs the SAND Multi Academies Trust, and serves as an advisor to a specialist school supporting children with severe mental health needs.

    She is also the lead for safeguarding content at High Speed Training, where she writes and oversees accredited training courses covering all levels of safeguarding for both children and adults. These courses include topics such as Domestic Violence, Radicalisation, Harmful Sexual Behaviour, Online Safety, Safeguarding in Sport, and Data Protection and GDPR. Her work has earned recognition from organisations including CPD, Skills for Care, NSPCC, and Sport England.
